All our flat shares in London are fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent. The room to rent in the shared flat is well equipped: you will have a single or a double bed with fresh linen, wardrobe, table and chair, your own TV, own fridge, wireless Internet connection and a telephone, so you can receive international phone calls for free.

What can you expect from the flat share?

All the flats have 3 or 4 rooms to rent, so you will be sharing the flat with approximately 4-6 people. The bathroom and kitchen in our rooms are communal, but you will have a private room with your own key. The kitchen in the flat share is equipped with washing machine, all the cleaning products and modern kitchen equipment. Some of the flats are in new buildings. Others buildings are older, but totally refurbished on the inside. All rooms to rent in our flat shares are regularly cleaned by professional cleaning staff and are of a very high standard.

Which zone are you searching for?

Our flat shares are located in North London, North West London and South East London in zone 2 or 3. Transportation from and to every flat share is very good. All of our guests receive a map of the area on arrival and free pickup from the nearest underground station (during business hours).
