All our flatshares in London are fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent. The bills include:

- Internet (Some flats require £1 a week)

The room for rent in the shared flat is well equipped. You will have:
- A single or a double bed with fresh linen
- Wardrobe
- Table and chair
- Own TV
- Own fridge
- Wireless internet and telephone

What can you expect from the flat share?
All the flats have 3 or 4 rooms for rent, so you will be sharing the flat with approximately 4-6 people. The bathroom and kitchen in our rooms are communal. However, you will have a private room with your own key.
The kitchen in the flatshare is equipped with a washing machine, all cleaning products needed and modern kitchen equipment.
Most of the flats are in new buildings. Others buildings are older, but completely refurbished on the inside. All rooms to rent in our flatshares are of high standard and are regularly cleaned by professional cleaning staff.

Which zone are you searching for?
Our flatshares are located in North London and South London in zone 2 or 3. Transportation from and to every flatshare is very good. All of our guests receive a map of the area on arrival and free pickup from the nearest underground station (during business hours).
The location of our faltshares gives you easy transport access. Our flatshares is about 20 minutes away by tube to Central London.
