My name is Jason, and I just returned to the states from an extended 2 month holiday in London. I book through Flat-share.com for my entire stay in London. I enjoyed my time tremendously. I met many different people from so many other countries, most who I still keep in touch with by email, and one that will be visiting me next year.

London is full of things to do during the day and night, (nighttime being my favorite). During the day there are many art galleries to be visited, historical sites to be seen, and tours to be taken. For me though, the music scene and club and pub life is where my time was enjoyed the most. I saw concerts of bands that haven't visited my home town ever, that was a plus. I saw and frequently visited the clubs that I had only read about on the web, and I drank pints of beer from the famous English pubs you hear about. Without any prior plans, I ended up visiting other countries with the people I met in my flat. I went to Sweden with one of my flat mates, and to Amsterdam with another.

The flat that I stayed in was extremely clean and in a very nice neighborhood right next to Arsenal stadium. It had everything I needed right around the corner. Shops, restaurants, pubs, and a tube station in 5 minutes walking time. I felt very safe at all times and very much at ease, being that I was in a country unlike any other in the world. Overall,flat-share.com was perfect for my 2 month stay.

I am very pleased to recommend Flat-share.com to anyone seeking excellent budget accommodation in London, whether for a short or long-term stay. I doubt seriously that you will find nicer rooms at even twice the price. You certainly won’t find nicer hosts!

I have been a guest on two different occasions, once for a month and once for a week, and have been impressed by how hassle-free the whole experience has been, both times. The web site is quite informative and comprehensive, making on-line booking a breeze. Dino and his staff were quick to respond to my specific questions when I emailed and were also friendly and helpful when I decided to pick up the phone and call. I had never been to London before and, from this perspective as a “newbie,”

could benefit particularly from the wide range of information Flat-share.com has put together for their guests: information ranging from tube schedules to money exchange to job hunting to setting up a bank account. I have them to thank for being able to get “acclimatized” so quickly and easily.

The excellent value of the accommodations and the efficiency of the service alone would be more than enough to elicit a glowing recommendation, but there is one element that, to me personally, has left the strongest impression. Dino and Panny are two of the nicest, biggest-hearted guys you are ever going to meet. They will make you feel right at home. I have enjoyed more than one cup of coffee and stimulating conversation with Dino!

I booked through Flat-share.com in July The studios are great place to stay and a wonderful way to meet people while you're travelling. I recommend it! I stayed in the Studios last summer, so far over 20 people from my school have visited London and booked through Flat-share.com, I will recommend it to all students and teachers or just any tourist visiting London. Value for money, you will not find better.

I had stayed in a couple of places before I found The Flat-share.com web site, knowing the standard of accommodation in London and having visited a few places already I was a bit nervous.

Let me tell you that the rooms were so nice I couldn't believe it, especially Manor House lovely rooms. When my girl friend saw the place, she was so pleased, so far we booked two other friends and have recommended the place to so many others, don't get too excited, the place is always packed, so you do need a booking unless you are very lucky. Don't take our word for it come and see for yourself. They never ask for any rent in advance till you see the room and are happy with it.

I moved to the Studios 4 months ago. I share a room with my friend Lotta from Finland. We live in a flat near Arsenal stadium, the flat is newly decorated and kept very clean. I found Flat-share.com through my friend Janni. He is now in Finland and since he went back, he recommended a lot of people to Flat-share.com. Unfortunately they are usually fully booked and its hard sometimes to get a place. I will be writing more details about the place next time I have chance. I will also leave my e-mail address.

I found Flat-share.com in the WWW. I moved in with my friend Rebecca from the Gold Coast, temporarily till we find a house to rent long-term. We have been here almost 3 months now. It is a pain to find a nice and clean house at a price we can afford. I work for Drifters Club. My job is to look after Kiwis, and Australians who just arrived in London. I have recommended a lot of people.

Tja! Vi ar tva svenka killar, 20 ar, fran Dalarna som bor har hos Flat-share.com i London. Rummet som vi bor i ar helt ok, nyrenoverat med bade kabeltv och kyl. Rummet ar belaget i en lagenhet som har ytterligare tre rum dar det bor andra trevliga manniskor. Vi delar badrum och kok. Alla allmanna utrymmen stadas en gang i veckan och ar valdigt fracha. Vi kom i kontakt med Gainsborough via internet, precis som ni. En gang i veckan sa anvander vi internet pa kontoret. Om ni vill komma i kontakt med oss sa kan ni lamna en lapp hos Dino pa kontoret sa kanske vi kan ses nar ni kommit hit.

I moved to a flat near Manor house in July. I took a double room on my own and pay £120. Since then, I have looked for a slightly cheaper single room somewhere else, but just can't find anywhere I would be happy to live in. So last week, I told the management that I will be staying for few months. If you are S.A and you wish to meet up for a drink, I am usually at 92 every Friday between 6pm & 7pm.

Before I found Flat-share.com I was staying with a family in South London. She was driving me crazy. Now I have a single room and share a lovely flat with 2 Swedish girls and 2 French girls. I get along with them very well. I have my own fridge and telephone and nobody gives me any problem like before...

Simone from Drifters recommended the place for me. I was really desperate to find a nice room. The flat I am staying at is so nice and the service is very good. I have a double room on my own. I am expecting my friend to arrive in a couple of weeks. Simone told me everything about the place, and when I walked in, there were a Spanish couple asking questions about the place. There was only one room available and I took it straight away before the poor couple had a chance to finish asking questions. They managed to find them a place with another company.

Before I moved into a double room with my fiance at the Studios we were staying at a hostel. You can imagine - 6 to a room, no privacy, and the snoring........

We were over the moon when we saw what our room looked like at the Studios. Almost like being at home again as it had a television, fridge,telephone and fresh linnen in the room with more than enough space to move around. The fridge meant we could go and do our weekly shopping for groceries and we could stack the fridge. That was the last of eating baked beans on toast every night. We could make everything we used to eat at home, pasta, bredies (caseroles for you who are not afrikaans), jacket potatoes.... We were even making puddings and cakes in the oven when we were in need to spoil ourselves a bit. And it was as easy as pie as the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and so on.

Our stay with the Studios was a long and happy one. If ever we come back to London, we will definitely want our old room back.

We considered several options of the accommodation and found yours the best. We will definitely stay with flat-share.com next time we'll be in London.

The help provided by Flat-share.com was very good, and though, i did not to make the trip to london, a friend of mine use the information i gave her and told me she had a very good experience. keep it up

My London experience was fantastic... thanks. The accomodation was really very nice, my girlfriend and I stayed in one of the rooms in the Manor House apartments with ensuite, and it really suited our needs. I think the guy's name was Panny who helped us out, and he was really good. We had wanted self-contained facilities (as opposed to staying in a hotel) and this was excellent. We also wanted the privacy, ie in a hotel it can be a bit intrusive when the cleaning lady comes in all the time, but this place really felt like it was our own. Worked out so much cheaper than a hotel anyway.

I would have no hesitation in using Flat-share.com again for my next trip.

Studios 92 was highly recommended by a girl I met travelling in Lisbon & I have recommended it on in turn. If your level of customer service / satisfaction in terms of contact thru emails is any indication, then I think the Studios 92 experience would be excellent.
Unfortunately I can't vouch for that first hand. If all (UK or otherwise) companies were as concerned about their service as Studios appear to be, everyone would definitely be a lot happier!
